How long your purchase will be arrive?

Normally, it takes 5-7 days from your payment has been made. 

When the postage available?

We make the postage on every Monday and Thursday. If you make the payment before 3pm on the day , we will include your parcel too.

How much the postage fee?

For Semenanjung Malaysia , it will cost RM 8.00. For Sabah&Sarawak , it will take RM 10.00. Normally, we offer free postage if customer buy more than 5 pieces of our collection.

What should you do if you accept the wrong item?  

Repost your parcel to our HQ , inform us at the Contact Us page. We will be inform and take an action as soon as possible.

How to give the feedback about our colletion?  

You can fill the form at Contact Us form or just leave your feedback on Facebook page or Instagram review. 

Can customer refund the item?

Oops! Unfortunately, we dont do refunds if your parcel is not delivered/missing. Poslaju will be held responsible on handling the shipping.
